Review suspicious signs together and explain how phishing or dubious demands can be recognised.

More protection for unknown callers
When STEWARO call reception is enabled for the access, FIDEL can first sort unknown callers, ask for name and purpose, take messages and route trusted contacts appropriately.
In enhanced protection mode, suspicious call patterns are handled particularly cautiously, including claimed family emergencies involving money, supposed bank or police calls, requests for PIN, TAN or one-time codes, time pressure, secrecy, remote access, gift cards, cryptocurrency or collection of valuables.
Suspicious calls are not automatically connected and can instead be held back and reported. This is an additional protection layer, not a guarantee that every fraud attempt will be detected.
